| 摘 要： | 以集群企业为研究对象，将网络嵌入视角延伸到公司创业前因的研究，试图探讨关系嵌入、结构嵌入以及两者的交互对于公司创业的影响效应。研究发现：（1）本地和非本地政治网络关系嵌入对公司创业有显著的正向影响，而本地与非本地商业网络关系嵌入对公司创业的影响均不显著；（2）集群企业在本地网络的规模对于非本地政治网络关系嵌入与公司创业的关系具有显著的正向调节作用；（3）本地政治网络关系嵌入对于规模较小企业的公司创业具有显著的正向影响，而对于规模较大企业的正向影响并不显著；（4）非本地政治网络对规模较大企业的公司创业具有显著的正向影响，而对于规模较小企业则无显著影响。最后讨论了研究的理论意义、实践意义以及未来研究方向。

| Abstract: | We extended the network embeddedness perspective to the study of antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship(CE) of clustered firms,attempting to explore the effects of relational embeddedness(RE),structural embeddedness(SE) and their interactions on CE.We found that:(1) local and non-local political networks have significant and positive effects on CE.In contrast,local and non-local inter-firm networks do not exert the same effects significantly;(2) clustered firm's local network scale has positive moderating effect on the relationship between RE of non-local political network and CE;(3) RE of local political networking has significant and positive effects on smaller firms,while for larger firms such effect is not significant;(4) RE of non-local political network has significant and positive effects on larger firms,while for smaller firms such effect is not significant.We discussed theoretical contributions,managerial implications and future research directions at the end of the paper. |
