| Abstract: | According to the practice of Changchun Library,from the two aspects of structural system of human resources and construction of a team striving for realism and innovation,the paper proposes a human-oriented talent training mechanism which is based on common culture concept and pays attention to the ability of the staff,aiming to supply inner motivation for the development of the library. |
