| 摘 要： | 通过分析体育与艺术互相依赖、互相影响的关系，论述了将体育与艺术融合在一起的重要性，认为这样做,有利于大学生的个性发展，有利于大学生审美情趣的提高，有利于学生创造能力的培养等丰富的人文价值及开展体育艺术教育具有的重要意义。指出对大学生进行体育艺术教育，符合体育教学的时代需要和素质教育的要求，满足了高校体育多元化发展的需要，有利于健康第一思想在高校的传播，也有利于高校体育目标的实现。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the relationship of mutual dependence and influence between physical education and art, it is demonstrated that combining physical education and art is favor of developing personality, promoting aesthetic taste and cultivating creative ability of college and university students. The rich human values and the significance of developing artistic physical education are discussed as well. It is pointed out that the artistic physical education to undergraduates, in line with the time need of physical education and the requirement of quality education as well as diversified development of physical education in colleges and universities, helps spreading the thinking of healthy first and realizing the cultivating objective of physical education in colleges and universities. |
