| 摘 要： | 目前，大学产业关系已经从传统的产学分工模式演变为产学合作模式，并使得创新价值链浮现出来。因为生产组织，目标、行为方式、组织结构、价值评判以及研究取向等方面的不同，大学和企业在科技创新价值链中的核心功能定位存在明显的差异，因而必然会发展技术转移。大学知识产权制度有利于在大学和企业之间形成合理界面。

| Abstract: | At present, the university-industrial relationship has changed from the traditional industry-university division model to the industry- university cooperation model, which emerges the innovation value chain. Because of the differences in production organization, goals, behavior, organizational structure, value judgments, and the research approaches, there comes an obvious difference in core function of orientation between universities and enterprises in scientific and tech- nological innovation value chain, which lead to an inevitable transfer of technology. University intellectual property system is beneficial to form a reasonable interface between university and enterprises. |
