| 摘 要： | 教学模式的选择对教学质量产生重要的影响，实验有，在体育专业教学中采用ＳＳＤＬ模式，对提高教学质量有着显的效果。ＳＳＤＬ模式认为，所谡最好的教学方法并不是指存在一种普通有效的“教学方法”，而是指：（１）符合学生自我指导水平的发展阶段；（２）有助于学生向高一级的自我指导水平阶段发展。

| Abstract: | The teaching quality is influenced by the choice of teaching mode. The experiment proved that importing SSDL mode in teaching could improve teaching quality significantly. There is no one method suited generally by the view of SSDL mode. The best teaching method is that suit developing phase of stu- dents' self-instruction and help them go further. |
