| 摘 要： | 文章从独立学院体育教育专业的武术普修课教学效果进行了分析,并提出了独立学院武术普修课教学改革的设想：进一步优化课程教学内容,促进学生身心健康发展;灵活拓展课程教学方法,重视学生师范素质的培养;提高武术教师的整体素质,增强武术教学的人格魅力;完善成绩评定体系,提高学生的实际运用能力。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyzes the teaching effectiveness of Wushu Optional Course of PE and proposes assumptions of reforms of it in independent colleges： further renew and better the teaching contents and promote physical and psychological development of studentsi flexibility to expand teaching methods and emphasis on the cultivation of students in teacher quality; improve the overall quality of Wushu teachers and add a new dimension to their personality; advance the performance assessment system and improve the practical application of the ability of students. |
