| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和世界经济全球化进程的加快，对会计人员的要求越来越高。而我国高校目前的会计教学模式不能适应培养综合应用能力和应变能力的会计人才的需要。为了培养复合型会计人才，必须从课程设置、教材形式、教学方法等方面进行改革创新，建立新型实验教学模式。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇ s socialist market economy and the acceleration of the world e-conomic globalization, the requirements for accounting personnel have become increasingly demanding. The current accounting teaching model of China＇ s college and university cannot meet the needs of developing comprehensive ap-plication and adaptability of the accounting personnel. The training of the accounting personnel with more abilities needs reforming and innovating in the aspects of curriculum, teaching material forms and teaching methods and making new experimental teaching models. |
