| 摘 要： | 随着研究生教育规模不断扩张和坚持走中国特色新型工业化道路不断深入,传统工程硕士教育的主客观环境都发生了巨大的改变.本文从"科学发展"的角度出发,提出了新时期工程硕士教育面临的新形势,并对其"科学发展"的必要性进行了论述,最后提出了几个关键对策,以期应对新形势带来的新挑战.
