| 摘 要： | 16万立方LNG低温储罐拱顶块的制作是整个储罐施工的重点和难点,因而掌握其施工技术尤为重要。文章着重论述了16万立方LNG储罐拱顶块模具构造原理、拱顶板放样的设计方法、拱顶块吊装方案选定,并详细介绍了拱顶块制作用的模具施工、拱顶块制作等关键施工技术。

| Abstract: | 160000 cubic LNG low temperature storage roof block the production of storage tank construction is the key point and the difficulty, so mastering its construction technology is particularly important. This paper discusses the 160000 cubic LNG storage roof block mold structure principle, dome plate layout design method, arch block hoisting scheme selected, and introduces in detail the role of crown block mold construction, crown blocks the production of key construction technique. |
