| 摘 要： | 长在对中国全纳教育的发展现状进行分析的基础上，提出我国的全纳教育有必要从对理念的全面理解做起，良好的实践工作应建立于其上。章着重于全纳教育的理念中最本质的几个问题进行了阐述，它们是深化理念的关键。
