| Abstract: | In the building up of Ai Qing's artistic world, factors of the Chinese traditional culture and factors of cultures from abroad were closely linked in forming his ideal of poetry beauty. The style of his artistic creation shows that he is a poet that struck root in the fertile soil of Chinese culture and a poet that had taken in nutrition from Western cultures. |
