| 摘 要： | 中部工业与东部工业比较具有一定的差距,中部工业崛起应在充分借鉴东部工业发展经验的基础上,结合本地区的实际,明确定位,改革工业所有制结构,加速技术创新、管理创新和制度创新,使中部工业的重新崛起具有可靠的保证。
