| Abstract: | Educational exceeding development was an important meaningful strategic project in the economic and social development of Tianjin. It was in urgent need to increase the educational strength, extend the scale of senior schools and higher colleges and improve the scale and proportion of civilian run school in order to realize educational exceeding development and to promote the economic and social development of Tianjin. |
