| 摘 要： | 温室效应导致的气候变化引起世界范围的广泛关注，世界各国的经济开始向“低碳”转型，国际竞争直接指向碳排放的数量。作为拥有大量能源矿产的内蒙古地区，在发展低碳经济过程中面临着产业结构不平衡、能源结构单一、低碳技术水平落后及缺乏有力的制度监管等问题，如何寻找可行的低碳经济发展道路，对于实现内蒙古经济又好又快发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The climate change cause by greenhouse effect has been a global concern and economy in countries across the world starts to transfer to “low-carbon”.In international competition,the amount of carbon dioxide emission is a major factor to be considered.Inner Mongolia,as a region with many fossil fu-el mines,is facing issues of a misbalanced industrial structure,singular energy resource,backward low-carbon technology and the lack of a strong supervising system while developing her low-carbon economy. So it is of significance to find a practical way for Inner Mongolia to develop a low-carbon economy. |
