摘    要:运用问卷调查法、实验检测法和数理统计法,对全民健身运动人群中的乒乓球爱好者进行60min分钟乒乓球运动测试,测定乒乓球运动能量消耗特征,从而更加科学地指导全民健身.结果表明:60min的乒乓球运动也呈现出间歇性特征,最大心率出现在运动开始后10rain,为125次/min;VO2随着时间的增加而增大,最大值出现在最后5min的运动中.为33.2286mlVkg+min.研究认为:全民健身运动中乒乓球运动强度远远小于专业选手比赛强度;心率变化具有间歇性特征;乒乓球运动中的相对耗氧量和能量消耗都随着时间的增加而增加,乒乓球运动能够消耗脂肪,但是,要有较长的运动持续时间.

Abstract:By using the questionnaire, experimental method and mathematical statistics, the paper investigates the table tennis enthusiasts for 60 minutes of table tennis exercise test among the population of the national fitness to determine the table tennis fit- ness exercise energy consumption characteristics for more scientific fitness. The results show that 60 minutes of playing table tennis also shows the intermittent feature, the maximum heart rate for 125 times/min after 10 minutes; the maximum value of VO2 in- creased with the increase of time appears in the final 5 minutes of exercise, for 33. 2286 mL/kg * min. There is the conclusion and suggestion that the national fitness exercise intensity is far less than the professional table tennis players ; heart rate variation is inter- mittent; table tennis movement in the relative consumption and the energy consumption are increased with the increase of time and table tennis can consume fat, but there would be the longer duration of exercise.
