| 摘 要： | 健康人格的培养已成为当今世界教育的主体之一。体育教育作为现代教育的一项重要内容已被视为使人现代化与社会化的一种途径。因此 ,充分利用体育教育的特点与优势 ,紧紧把握住体育教育的本质特征和学科特征 ,对大学生实施健康人格的培养 ,充分发挥体育教育在健康人格教育中的作用。
