航海专业大学生锻炼太极拳的价值初探

摘    要:海上职业工作者不但要求有强健的体魄,更需要健康的心理和良好的精神状态及人际关系。太极拳是我国目前流行最广的健身运动之一。国内外许多实证研究表明,长期练习太极拳不仅能强身健体,修身养性,提高人体心肺机能及呼吸系统、神经系统功能,还能防病、治病,养成良好的人际关系等诸多领域发挥强有效的价值。当今,太极拳的锻炼价值已远远超出了人们的想像。太极拳锻炼是航海专业大学生强身健体、修身养性、自我调节的重要手段之一。

On the Value of Navigation Major Students Practicing Taijiquan

Abstract:The students engaged in marine shipping in the future should have not only the healthy body, but also the sound mind, spirits and social relationship. Nowadays, Taiji is one of the most popular sports in our country. And many empirical studies show that long -term practicing of Taiji can not only enhance healthy body, foster sound spirits, but also can facilitate the functions of heart, lung, breathing and nerve systems, and at the same time it shows great values in many fields, such as preventing and treating diseases, as well as establishing good relationships and so on. Now practicing Taiji has great value than we can imagine. Taiji is one of the most important means by which students of marine majors can keep their sound body and mind and promote self-regulating.
