| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法，对南京市部分高校及企事业单位中青年人群就健美运动的地位及其选择健美运动作为其主要健身手段的原因作广泛调查，结果显示：南京地区青年中健身参予占较大比例，以此为主要健身手段的人数已超过其它传统运动项目。但场地，器材使用，师资力量的分布尚不均衡，有水平的专业指导员的数量更显不足。
