| 摘 要： | 证券犯罪侦防机制的构建与运行有其特定价值内核。当前我国证券犯罪侦防的二元运行模式广泛存在，侦查惩治与犯罪防范两大机制的独立运行日益与证券犯罪的整体防控需要不相适应。以预防效能最大化与维护证券市场安全为旨向，我国现有的侦防机制需做适度调整。证券犯罪侦防机制之改进可以从调整证券违法治安管理权限、提高侦防人员打防一体化业务能力、强化侦防功能组织协调配合上的一体化以及完善证券犯罪侦防绩效考评机制等多方面寻求有效的路径。
