| 摘 要： | 长期以来，我国图书情报界在外刊资源的收藏与利用方面，一直被价格上涨、资金短缺、外刊品种明显不足又大量重复、利用率偏低等一系列问题所困扰，图书馆越来越难以只是通过“拥有”馆藏文献来满足读者的需求。文章指出在网络环境下，图书馆必须根据本馆的性质、类别、读者需求特点、文献类型等因素来决定外刊馆藏的“拥有”还是“存取”，走联合保障、资源共享的道路。

| Abstract: | Price rising,lacking of money,less variety and much repetition insufficient usage etc have been a big problem in the collection and usage of our periodicals in foreign languages in our information field for a long time. This make it more and more difficult to meet the demand of the reader by the possessing of a library only This article points out that a library must decide that the storage of its periodicals in foreign languages should be possessed and depositing & taking according to the facts of property of the library,sort,and the demand of the readers and so on. So we must take the methods of unites ensuring and resources sharing |
