| 摘 要： | 当前学术界对软技术概念、含义、作用、表现形式等方面理解存在混乱，急需对软技术的概念进行重新界定。本文以狄德罗所界定的“技术”含义为基础，重新解释了“软技术”的含义。本文认为软技术是为了某一目的，协调不同操作者（人）之间，以及操作者与工具之间进行共同协作的规则体系。从“目的性、限定不同操作者之间，以及操作者与工具之间关系的协作性、规则性和知识体系”等4个方面来限定“软技术”的含义。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to redefine the concept of soft - technology because there were confusion on the concept, meanings, action and mode of soft technology in academia. Based on the concept of technology defined by Denis Diderot, this paper reinterpreted the meanings of soft - technology. Soft - technology is a rule system that coordinates the relationships among different handlers, or the relationships between handlers and tools for a certain purpose. This paper defined the concept of soft technology by purpose, corporation, regulation and knowledge system. |
