| 摘 要： | 培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是新时代教育发展的重要内容。把担当纳入心理资本范畴,理解担当的新时代内涵。从对自我价值评价和情感体验的自尊水平出发探索培育担当的路径,对提升大学生担当能力、促进大学生心理健康发展、培育自尊理性积极的社会心态、实现国家精神文明建设有重要意义。

| Abstract: | It is an important part of education development to cultivate college students who will take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation in the new era. The connotation of responsibility in the new era could be interpreted when it is taken into the scope of psychological capital. It is of great significance to explore the approach to nurturing responsibility sense from the self-esteem level of self-worth evaluation and emotional experience, which will help to enhance university students’ ability to take responsibility, promote their psychological health development of, cultivate their positive social mentality of self-esteem and rational, and realize the national spiritual civilization construction. |
