| 摘 要： | 高职教育"双高计划"的启动实施,拉开了我国高职教育发展的新的序幕。"双高计划"的核心和本质在于质量提升,在于推动高职教育高质量发展。过去几十年,我国高职教育发展取得了阶段性成果,为支撑我国经济发展贡献了有生力量。然而,高职教育在国际上的话语权却较为微弱,国际化处于低水平和低质量,处于被动适应的发展现状和态势。所以推动高职教育国际化发展成为"双高"建设的题中应有之义和重要抓手。在"双高"建设中,高职教育要着力实现由适应到引领的发展理念转变、发展范式转换、发展动力转化、发展质量转型,推动国际化发展水平的稳步提升,推动一流高职教育发展。

| Abstract: | The launch and implementation of the "double-high plan" in higher vocational education has opened a new prelude to the development of higher vocational education in China. The core and essence lie in its quality improvement and high-quality promotion. Over the past few decades, the development of higher vocational education in China has achieved phased results, which has contributed a vital force to support China’s economic development. However, the voice of higher vocational education in the international arena is relatively weak. With the low level and quality, its internationalization is in the passive adaptation situation currently.Thus, promoting the internationalization development of higher vocational education has become an important part of the "double-high" construction. In the construction of "double-high", higher vocational education should put forth efforts to achieve the transformation, and promote the steady improvement of internationalized level and the development of first-class higher vocational education. |
