摘    要:人力资本和社会资本均是对研究生就业具有重要影响的因素。文章通过多元回归模型分析了两种资本对研究生就业结果和就业质量的作用。结果显示:人力资本对研究生的工作落实、专业对口、就业满意度、就业起薪均具有显著的正向作用,社会资本对专业对口作用显著。整体而言,研究生的就业竞争主要是人力资本的竞争,社会资本对研究生的就业具有一定的补充作用。

Abstract:Both human capital and social capital are factors that have an important impact on graduate employment.The study analyzes the effects of two kinds of capital on graduate employment results and quality through multiple regression models and the results show that human capital has a significant positive effect on finding jobs,professional counterparts,employment satisfaction,and employment starting salaries;social capital has a significant effect on professional counterparts.On the whole,the employment contest of graduate is mainly the competition of human capital,and social capital has a positive complementary effect on the employment of graduates.
