| 摘 要： | 新时期大学生理想信念教育对推助大学生村官计划有重要作用。当前,在理想信念教育中助推大学生村官计划的主要途径有：跟进大学生的时代特点,增强理想信念教育的渗透力;注重发掘典型事迹,发挥榜样的教育功能;做好宣传导向工作,帮助他们形成正确的择业观;强化实践教育,坚定学生投身基层的信心和决心;加强网络阵地功效,拓展教育工作空间。

| Abstract: | College students ideaal and faith education have an important role in village officer plan.Currently,the main ways propelled the ideals and beliefs education of university student village officer project are： follow-up the times characteristics of the students,enhance the penetration of ideal and faith education;focus on exploring the typical story,play an example of the educational function;do the publicity-oriented work well,to help them form a right view of the career choice;strengthen the practice of education,firm the student confidence and determination to join the grassroots;enhance the effectiveness of network position and expand education room. |
