| 摘 要： | 网络社会的复杂性决定了网络群体事件类型的复杂。网络群体事件往往有着同一种精神内核,即抗争。根据抗争的主体与客体的不同,网络群体事件具有四种不同的社会表征。对其各种标本的类型分析表明,它们大多可以被解析为性质迥然不同的法律或社会行为。因此,在定性网络群体事件时,不宜用行为失控、行为失当来标签,而应该用社会失范为其作阐释,并藉此形成科学的治理观念。
