| 摘 要： | 利用课题组自编的《农村中小学教师队伍现状调查问卷》，从农村中小学教师的基本情况、教师职业认同感、教育教学观念、教师成长等方面对河北省沧州市农村中小学教师队伍现状进行调查，简要对存在的问题进行分析并提出建议。
