| 摘 要： | 结合自然灾害的特点建立定位一路径问题(location-mutiIlg problem.LRP)数学模型,并通过一个两阶段启发式算法求解该模型.利用最小包络法进行聚类分析确定应急救援中心的定位配给问题.运用最近邻点法思想下求出K条较短路径;考虑以紧急救援运输的时间,安全性,经济成本和环境成本等多目标,应用网络层次分析法(ANP法)确定最优运输路径.以某地发生台风灾害救援为例进行分析和计算,结果表明该LRP模型计算的有效性和可行性.
