| Abstract: | The application of discourse analysis in the teaching of intensive reading not only teaches students knowledge of words and sentences,but also makes students grasp the whloe text structure and ideas,and then improve their abilities in reading comprehension and writing on a discourse level.This paper conducts a discussion on how to apply the discouse analysis in the teaching of intensive reading by using an example from the textbook. |
