| 摘 要： | 午睡是幼儿在幼儿园生活中的一个重要环节，对幼儿身心发展有着十分重要的作用，有利于良好生活习惯的养成和下午的学习活动。然而，幼儿在园午睡却存在着很多问题。因此要提高幼儿园、教师和家长对幼儿午睡重要性的认识，合理调整幼儿在园午睡时间，创设良好的午睡环境，促进幼儿良好午睡习惯的养成，使其身心健康发展。
