| 摘 要： | 当前各高职院校财务管理课程教学并未结合中小企业的自身特点，难以有效满足企业财务管理应用型人才的需要。本文从中小企业财务管理的特点入手，分析当前教学现状与财务管理人才技能要求间的差异，结合项目教学法的优点探讨在财务管理课程中实行项目化教学改革，以期培养能更好地适应中小企业发展需要的财务管理应用型专门人才。

| Abstract: | The current financial management course in higher vo-cational colleges teaching dose not combine the inherent charac-teristics of SMEs, so it is difficult to effectively meet enterprises＇ financial management needs of application-oriented talents. Starting from the characteristics of the financial management of SMEs, this paper analyzes differences between the current status of teaching and the skill requirements of personnel for financial management, combined with the advantages of project-based teaching and the its reform in financial management course, in order to better adapt to the needs of training professional talents for the development of SMEs. |
