| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的不断繁荣及人民群众物质生活水平的显著提高，我国的休闲体育得到了较快发展。本文在充分认识我国休闲发展现状的基础上，指出我国休闲体育目前存在的问题，论述了我国休闲体育的发展对策。
