| 摘 要： | 本文结合非常规天然气企业专业技术人才紧缺的现状，分析人才开发方面存在的问题，提出通过企业内部搭建技术人才培养平台，外部联合高校实施订单式人才培养，从而解决制约非常规天然气企业战略发展的人才瓶颈问题。

| Abstract: | Combined with the status of professional and technical personnel shortage of unconventional natural gas enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems of talent development, puts forward the measures which set up the technical personnel training plat-form through the enterprise internal structures, and implementa-tion of the ordering cultivation of talents externally combined col-leges and universities, so as to solve the talent bottleneck prob-lems which restricting the development of unconventional natural gas enterprises. |
