| 摘 要： | 社会化网络时代,地方政府应对网络舆情的策略关系着网络危机事件的及时有效化解,丰富着社会管理创新的内容。研究网络舆情与社会管理创新中的价值关联,突破网络舆情功能发挥的瓶颈制约,提高网络执政能力和处置网络舆情危机的能力,构建和谐健康的网络生态,健全网络舆情的监控机制是现代地方政府应对网络舆情的策略选择。
