地质公园社会经济与生态环境效益耦合协调度研究

摘    要:定量评价地质公园社会经济与生态环境效益的耦合协调度对完善新一轮地质公园规划修编、指导地质公园建设管理具有重要的实践价值和理论意义。本文将耦合协调度理论引入地质公园这一微观研究领域,得到了如下成果:①分析了地质公园社会经济-生态环境效益耦合协调度的内涵和作用机理,在借鉴相关领域评价指标体系成果的基础上,结合对多处世界级和国家级地质公园社会经济发展与生态环境保护现状的实地考察,从社会经济效益和生态环境效益两大子系统构建了地质公园耦合协调度评价指标体系,评价指标体系包括2个子系统层和14个评价指标层,详细说明了每个指标选取的内涵和意义以及数据如何获取和测算;②为了更准确地评判地质公园社会经济-生态环境效益的交互耦合协调发展水平,借鉴物理学中的容量耦合模型,构造了耦合协调发展系数评价模型,制定了耦合协调发展的类型划分和评判标准,将地质公园社会经济-生态环境效益耦合协调发展水平划分为耦合与不耦合2个大类、6个小类和18个基本类型;③以嵩山世界地质公园为例,对评价指标体系和模型的合理性进行检验,研究结果比较全面客观地反映了嵩山世界地质公园社会经济-生态环境效益耦合协调发展的演化趋势,表明构建的评价指标体系和模型对地质公园耦合协调度评价具有良好的普适性和合理性,耦合协调度研究为地质公园的可持续发展提供了一种全新的分析与反馈机制。

Abstract:Quantitative evaluation of the degree of coupling coordination between socio-economic and eco-environment benefits is of theoretical significance and practical value when improving planning and the construction and management of geoparks. Here, we introduce coupling coordination degree theory for Songshan Global Geopark. We found that the indicator system of the coupling coordination degree for socio-economic and eco-environment benefits for the Geopark is comprised of two subsystems (social economic and environmental benefits) and includes 14 indicator layers. In order to more accurately judge the coupling interactive coordinated development level between socio-economic and eco-environment benefits for the Geopark, according to the capacity coupling model of physics, the coupling coordinated development coefficient model is constructed, and the types and evaluation criteria of coupling coordinated development are formulated. Using the Songshan Global Geopark as a case study, the rationality of the evaluation index system and model can be tested and the results are comprehensive and objectively reflect evolutionary trends. The evaluation index system and model have good universality and rationality for evaluating the coupling coordination degree of the Geopark. This research provides a novel analysis and feedback mechanism for the sustainable development of geoparks.
