| 摘 要： | 区域法治是指通过法律机制的完善和制度创新而形成促进和保障经济协调发展的法律体系和法治环境，其中，法制的完善至关重要。甘肃区域法治在立法模式上，省级立法尤其是“政府推动型”立法更具实效性。在立法内容上，甘肃经济协调发展离不开国家立法的支持，更需要地方在培育区域特色经济、促进产业结构升级、鼓励自主创新、促进区域可持续发展方面作出法律和制度安排。

| Abstract: | The regional legal is defined that by perfection of the legal mechanisms and institutional innovation and the formation of the legal system and the legal environment for the promotion and protection of coordinated economic development, in which, the rule of law is critical to the improvement. For the legislative model of Gansu regional legal, the provincial legislature, especially government driven legislation is more effective. For the legislative con- tent, Gansu economic coordinated development is inseparable from the support of the national legislation, and more need to make legal and institutional arrangements in the aspect of fostering regional characteristic economy, promo- ting the upgrading of industrial structure, encouraging independent innovation and promoting regional sustainable development. |
