| Abstract: | The course standard of Sport and Health has been demonstrated a new approach for teachers and students,the teachers who are used to adopt traditional teaching method have some difficulties to get it understood; Course standard is only guidance of fixed teaching materials, which has given us a wider option to select the materials.During the teaching, we should select the teaching contents according to the objectives of the classes,based on the perspectives of whole life sport,local school's real situation,as well as student's psychological needs so as to improve the teaching effect. |
