| 摘 要： | 一个十分令政府部门关注的热点，就是如何加快非公有制经济发展的问题。如果说，党的十七大强调毫不动摇地鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展，为非公有制经济发展进一步指明了方向的话，那么，对于目前经济基础还比较落后的贵州省来说，要实现经济社会历史性跨越，赶上全国先进省区的水平，加快非公有制经济发展是一条最佳的路径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, how to improve the development of the non-stated economy is a very sticking point which the government concerns. The 17^th congress party＇s insistently encourage, support and guide the development of non-stated economy. Therefore, as an underdeveloped province, accelerating the non - stated economy is the best path for Guizhou to realize the historic span and catch upon the advanced regions. |
