| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济体制改革不断深入和全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,切实加强党的执政能力建设。加强思想理论建设,是我们党加强执政能力建设的前提和基础,也是提高党的执政能力的根本要求。提高领导干部素质是我们党加强执政能力建设的关键,也是提高党的执政能力的根本途径。加强党风廉政建设和反腐败工作是我们党加强执政能力建设的重要环节,也是提高党的执政能力的根本保证。

| Abstract: | With the development of socislism marbet-oriented economy and the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must enhance the abilities of administration under the instruction of"Three Representatives". Enhancing the theoretical and ideological development is the prerequiste and fundation of enhancing the ability of administration of our Party and is also the essential way. To enhance the construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government and anticorruption is the critical link and the cardial ensurance for enhancing the Party's abilities of administration. |
