| 摘 要： | 自从中国加入WTO以来,法律翻译已经成为中国与世界沟通的一个重要桥梁.本文从概念意义、交际意义、内涵意义探讨法律翻译中的疑难词汇的翻译,指出法律翻译是一个绝对动态与相对静态互相结合的过程,译者应以关联语境为依据,以顺应信息意图为目的,选择相应的翻译策略及语言手段进行必要的语用充实,使译文发挥与原文相等的语用功能与效力.

| Abstract: | Since China＇s accession to the WTO, legal translation becomes an important link between China and the world. This article explores translation of legal terminology from eonceptual, communicative and connotative meanings, and argues that legal translation is an integrated process of absolute dynamics and relevant statics, in which translators should choose appropriate translation strategies such as pragmatic enrichment and linguistic devices based on relevant contexts to achieve intended communicative purposes so that translation texts can play equivalent pragmatic function as that of source texts. |
