| 摘 要： | 大学一年级，是学生人生历程的一个新的起点，是完成由中学生向大学生角色转换的关键阶段。在这个阶段，教育者首先必须重视大学生的心理教育，引导学生尽早地适应新环境、完成角色转换，顺利步入大学生活、学习的正确轨道；其次，必须重视良好习惯养成教育，提高学生的基本素质，为大学生可持续发展打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | The grade one of college is a new start life journey for students, a key period in which students finish the role transformation from middle school students to college students. In this stage, you must first pay close attention to psychological education to freshers, guide them to adapt themselves to new environment to finish role transformation, let them smoothly step into the correct obtain of college study and living; and then you should pay close attention to educate students in forming good habits, improve their basic quality, and lay out solid foundation to sustainable development of the college students. |
