| 摘 要： | 通过对国家体育总局颁布的1998年版、2004年版与2009年版健美操大众锻炼标准六级规定动作音乐、操化动作、过渡与连接、力量练习的编排进行比较分析,阐述当前健美操大众锻炼标准六级规定动作编排的现状及发展趋势,并提出了相关的建议,为健美操大众锻炼标准动作的编排提供参考。

| Abstract: | By making comparison between and analysis on the aspects of music,gymnastic acts,transition and connection as well as arrangement of strength training of the 1998,2004 and 2009 version standard Grade 6 acts for public exercise issued by the State Physical Culture Administration,the current situation and development trend of the standard Grade 6 act arrangement for public aerobics are indicated.Besides,proposals are given with a view to providing certain reference for the arrangement of standard acts for public aerobics. |
