| 摘 要： | 用问卷调查法对不同年龄和学历人员就有关失业问题的态度和情感体验进行了抽样调查，在对数据进行统计分析的基础上，揭示了不同年龄和学历群体对待失业问题主观态度和心理体验的异同，进而提出做好下岗人员工作的对策。
