| Abstract: | Librarian occupation is much of concern to the librarians.This paper traces back to the generation and change of librarian occupation in modern China,and reveals the occupational features of the librarianship from the library practice and research about the occupation,and explores the way of Chinese librarian professionalism which is different from the western. |
