| 摘 要： | 近年来,俄罗斯的大学和科研机构都处在改革的潮头.大学为生存在忙于合校,科研机构为生存正面临股份制和私有化,优秀毕业生拒绝进入科研机构,大学和科研机构的关系受到挑战.从最近的舆论分析到改革者的解释,都不能使人对俄罗斯高等教育改革的前途问题得出准确的答案.高等教育改革的"迷茫"感正在困扰着俄罗斯.
