| 摘 要： | 新时期社会的深刻变化使高校共青团工作面临着巨大挑战,做好共青团工作必须对目标、职能和方法进行符合时代特征的定位和设计。只有结合工作实际,围绕服务对象特点,突出对党政工作的贡献,坚持对大学生的思想引领,做到对青年学生切身利益的服务,实现工作载体的广泛覆盖以及加强团组织建设和工作机制的创新,才能不断开创共青团工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | In the new period,the profound changes of society make college Communist Youth League work face with great challenge.Therefore,in order to do well Communist Youth League work,objective,function and methods must be fixed and designed in accordance with the time feature.Only combining with work practice,circling with the characteristics of the service subject,projecting the devotion to the work of party and government,upholding the thought-leading to college students,accomplishing the service on the young student＇s vital interests,realizing the wide coverage of work carriers’,and strengthening the construction of league organization and the innovation of working mechanism,can the new condition of Communist Youth League work be created endlessly. |
