| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询、开放式论坛的问答服务与人肉搜索服务是目前三种典型的咨询服务方式。通过对其概况的描述,对比分析了这三种咨询方式在内涵、工作原理与工作程序、可利用资源以及管理方面的异同,提出了咨询服务应取长补短、优化组合、和谐发展的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Digital reference,answering services in the open forum and human flesh searching are three typical consultancy services at present.The article comparatively studies the similarities and differences on three kinds of consultancy service in connotation,working principle and procedure,available resources and management.This paper puts forward that the consultancy service should learn from other＇s advantages to offset one＇s disadvantages,optimize and develop harmoniously. |
