| 摘 要： | 分析了加强航海类新生入学教育的必要性,根据航海类新生入学教育面临的挑战性及存在的问题,探讨了加强航海类新生入学教育的具体措施：加强军训和爱国主义教育,强化半军事管理意识;建立＂学校—家庭—中队长—学生干部＂联合教育模式;加强专业介绍和职业生涯规划指导,稳定专业思想;加强理财教育,关注贫困生心理健康,对从事航海类学生管理工作者具有积极的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the necessity to strengthen the enrollment education of freshmen of navigation.According to the challenges and existed problems faced by the enrollment education of freshmen of navigation,this paper discusses the specific measures to strengthen the enrollment education of freshmen of navigation：strengthen the military training and patriotic education,consolidate of semi-military management awareness;establish a joint education model of＂school-family-squadron leader-student leaders,＂enhance professional presentations and career planning guidance,stabilize the professional ideology;strengthen the education of managing money;pay attention to physical health of poor students.All of these provide an positive reference for the navigation students governors. |
