摘    要:师生冲突是社会冲突的一种特殊表现形式,是存在于教师和学生之间的一种紧张状态,在某种情形下它可能会出现一些负面影响,但是如果处理好的话,师生冲突还可以发挥其积极意义,所以不能简单地去消除和规避师生冲突,相反应该通过教师和学校的努力去优化师生冲突,充分挖掘其正面功能,这才是教育界应该关注的问题。

Abstract:Teacher-student conflict is a special form of social conflicts and also a state of tension between teachers and students.In some cases it may have some negative impact,but if handled well,then,teacher-student conflict also can play a positive effect,so we can not simply to eliminat and evade it,on the contrary,we should make teachers and schools work hard to optimize it and to tap its positive features fully,this is issue of our education sector should concern.
