| 摘 要： | 新时期,重新审视学生思想政治工作在学生工作中的地位和作用,树立学生工作的新理念,在新形势下突出思想政治教育队伍的重要性,做好高校学生思想政治教育工作,显得尤为重要。首先,＂两课＂教师要有明确的政治性、重视研究性、注重教育实效性;其次,辅导员要向职业化、专业化、专家化方面发展;再次,＂两课＂教师和辅导员要有机结合。

| Abstract: | In a new era,it is important to rediscover the status and role of the ideological and political education in student work,foster a new idea of student work,stress on the significance of teachers team in the new situation,improve the ideological and political education in colleges.Firstly,the political teachers should have definite political characteristics,pay attention to the research and teaching effect.Secondly,the cultural liaison teachers should develop themselves to professionalization and specialization.Thirdly,the integration of political teachers and cultural liaison teachers is required. |
